ကၽႊန္ေတာ့္မွာ ပန္းသီးတစ္လံုးရွိတယ္

အဲ့ဒီပန္းသီးအတြက္ ငွက္တစ္ေကာင္ရွိတယ္

အဲ့ဒီငွက္အတြက္ ေတာင္ပံတစ္စံုရွိတယ္

အဲ့ဒီေတာင္ပံတစ္စံုအတြက္ ေလွာင္အိမ္တစ္လံုးရွိတယ္။

ကၽႊန္ေတာ့္မွာ စကၠဴျဖဴတစ္ရြက္ရွိတယ္

အဲဒီစကၠဴအတြက္ ကဗ်ာတစ္ပုဒ္ရွိတယ္

အဲဒီကဗ်ာအတြက္ စကားလံုးတစ္ရာရွိတယ္

အဲဒီစကားလံုးတစ္ရာအတြက္ ဦးေခါင္းတစ္လံုးရွိတယ္။

စကားလံုးေတြကို အေတာင္ပံတပ္ေပးလိုက္တဲ့အခါ

ငွက္တေကာင္ဟာ ဦးေခါင္းထဲကို၀င္သြားေတာ့တယ္။

စားပြဲေပၚမွာ…

ဘာမွေရးမထားတဲ့ ပန္းသီးနဲ႔

တကိုက္ကိုက္ထားတဲ့ စကၠဴတစ္ရြက္သာ

က်န္ေနခဲ့ေလရဲ့။ ။

Story

I have an apple.

For that apple, there is a bird.

For that bird, there is a pair of wings.

For that pair of wings, there is a cage.

…

I have a sheet of white paper.

For that paper, there is a poem.

For that poem, there are one hundred words.

For those one hundred words, there is a head.

…

When the words are given wings

A bird flies straight into the head.

On the table are left only

An apple on which nothing is written

And a sheet of paper with a chunk bitten off.
